Error after updating to v7.0.12

Resolve a class not found error after updating ChronoForms.

Overview

The error occurs because version 7.0.12 requires Joomla 4 or higher, but the site is running on Joomla 3.
Download and install the compatible version 7.0.10 from the CF downloads page to restore functionality.

Hello,

Since we have updated our website to v7.0.12 we have an error : Class 'Joomla\Database\DatabaseFactory' not found

Can you please help us to solve the problem. Our entire website is broken, we have disabled in the database the plugin chronog3_plg to recover our website.

How can we resolve the problem, or, how can we download the previous version 7.0.11

Thank you.

Answer
I have just updated the downloads page to add the v7.0.10 installer which is the one supported for Joomla 3, you need at least Joomla 4 to use 7.0.12
