How to I upgrade to chrono v.8. We currently have v7

Upgrade ChronoForms from version 7 to version 8.

Overview

Version 8 currently lacks a direct converter for existing forms.
To upgrade, manually recreate your forms in version 8 or continue using version 7, which remains compatible.

for now you will need to create the form again in v8.

We have several forms in v.7 are you saying all forms have to be changed? Will a plugin work.

Answer

you can keep v7 which Joomla 4 and PHP8 ready, if you want to upgrade to v8 then the only way "now" is to remake the forms, the converter is not yet ready.

Thanks for the update. Can you give us an idea how long it will take for the converter to take effect. If it is a month or 3 months, we can manage. If its going to take 6 months to a year, we will try to get someone to redo this for us.

Also need to know if each database needs a key. We paid this year but we have 3 databases under the same company.
