AutoComplete and Calendar "Change" events with CFv6 on Joomla 4

Hi everybody,
CFv6 has two features that I can not get to work on Joomla 4 :
1. AutoComplete event for a dropdown list
2. "Change" event for a Calendar

Here is backup file that you can restore in Joomla 4 :

Its autocomplete and change/reload events run fine with Joomla 3, but not with Joomla 4 using the last version of CFv6 (updated May 5, 2023).

Can someone help me and get these features to work on Joomla 4 please ?

I noticed something about "Case 2 (on Calendar change, ..." : the events are triggered when typing something into the date field.
But they do not when selecting a date (when a cell of the calendar is selected).
Isn't there a way to trigger the events also on date selection ?

I updated the download URL of the backup file in case someone (Max?) wants to help getting these features to work in CFv6 for Joomla 4.

As I'm reading the forum, I'm discovering new posts drawing a long list of feature requests for CF8 that's directly inspired from CE(CF+CC)6's functionalities. I can't help thinking : how many months (years ?) would it take to implement them in CF8 ? Will this happen ? (Just think about CF7...) Wouldn't it be wiser to say that now THE top priority is to get a stable release of CE6 for J4 ? That then and only then it would be time to focus on CF8 again ?
I'm just sharing the thoughts of a user who built professional applications with CE6 and thinks that - about one month after J3's end of life - it's high time that these apps run again on a CMS that's up-to-date.
Max, I wish you all the best for the good work you can do with CF8. But please do it with CE6 for J4 first. Plus, we are almost there.
