For the icons in my form I will change the look of the these and add more icons for address and email. Is there a way to upload and embed my own icons?

If you type the icon name in the field then it will show any icon from font awesome 5 icons set
Thanks for your answer and help. If I type "email" in the field, no icon for "email" is shown. Do you have any other idea to add this or other icons?
There is no icon with the name 'email' in the awesome 5 icon set.
CF7 will Add the icon name to the field, but will not show the icon. Test the form, the icon will appear... Yeah!

- Go to: https://fontawesome.com/v5/search
and type 'email' in the search box. All email like icons are shown. Pick your icon and copy the name, e.g. 'envelope-open-text' to the clipboard.
Go to your form and add the Interface behavior: Icon
Place your cursor in the icon field and start typing the icon name, or paste the name from the clipboard.
CF7 will Add the icon name to the field, but will not show the icon. Test the form, the icon will appear... Yeah!
