I have an "Elastic 180 days" license (order id: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) that is going to expire on 2023-03-26, so I have just purchased another "Elastic 180 days" license (order id: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx).

The validation key is the same that we had.
When I login to JOOMLA Administrator, I can see the message "Chronoforms7 is validated, 4 days left"
When I try to enter the "Validation Key", nothing changes and the same message is shown

I have validated against the new order in the chronoengine.com page and when I log into JOOMLA administrator page I can see the same message: "Chronoforms7 is validated, 4 days left"

If I try to make the validation from JOOMLA administrator page, I get the message: "We could not connect to the chronoengine.com web server."

My JOOMLA websites have internet access.

Hi Miguel,

You should have v7.0.10, you can update it in Joomla or download it from the website here then install it over yours, that should work.
