emails that I send from the forms get delivered in the spam folder

So I think I just have to set a DKIM signature but I don't know how to set it. Can anyone help me with this?

I think that this will be a setting on the mail server your site is using, your host may be able to help.

These are server settings so not controlled from ChronoForms. I found this video which might help (too long for me to watch this morning).
