Hello,
Some time ago I sent an email to the contact person for problems with the validation and have not yet received an answer. Is this contact still up to date (https://www.chronoengine.com/contact)? Are the information on the page still up to date? And does a validation of subdomains to the main domain still work at all.
I'm pretty unhappy about the situation right now because it's important that the subdomain, which is used for testing purposes and customer presentation, finally works again.
What's the quickest way to get help?

As far as I know the Contact Form still works and I don't think that the validations including sub-domains have changed.

As you probably saw Max - the owner and developer - made a long post on every page here a few weeks ago about some problems that he is having. He took that down a little later but since then I have not seen him respond to Contact forms or forum posts. Hopefully he will be back shortly.
