I created an entry form that collects data then writes to a database table and sends an email to the submitter and one fixed address.
The form works fine but on many (but not all) instances the form is being resent and writes to the database file and sends another email.
The only thing a bit different in the form is a 'Reset' button with 'Link' parameter that has url as form.load

Can enyone explain what may be going on?
