I have joomla and testing in multiple browsers. I have added a redirect function which you can see here:

BUT after I fill out the form it just goes back to the beginning of the from. (I have a multiple page form)

The form does submit as II do receive an email with my results) but it will not redirect to any internal page or external website.

Please use your browser web developer tools to check for JavaScript errors after the form submits. Or perhaps check with a much simpler test form - I looked at your form and it does appear quite time consuming to test.
