I'm unable to upload screenshot with bug on it, getting "error saving the attachment"all the time. Screenshot is 98 Kb, simple jpg file. What's wrong?

Single quote mark breaks translation string
Same way exclamation point also breaks translation. so, it's impossible to have translation "Thank you!"
