We built a CF6 form for our client so users could upload up to 3 images that do not exceed 5MB in size which had appeared to be working flawlessly. Our client is getting reports that some users are experiencing a "Files config is empty" error after attempting to submit the data they enter. I've tried numerous different variables entered within the form, as well as different size photos and rejected file types and am unable to recreate this error. Is this error caused specifically by upload fields or is it more general?
