I am redeveloping a site, and have Chronoforms 7 installed on both the old production site (which is to be superceded) and the new development site which is on my locahost.
How do I copy the forms from the old (production) site to the new (development) site? I couldn't see a way to export from the old site and import to the new site.

Go to the forms manager, select the forms you want to move, click "backup", then on the new site, click "restore" and upload the file!
