How do I fix the issue of the small paginator menu?

This must be a CSS conflict with something else on the page, you need to find what's causing that, you may post a link and I will try to check it!

On that page I have the HP and RPM as dynamic options. Both fields only show options for what is loaded on that page. There are 53 pages of items and the HP field ranges from 4000 down to 0. If a user knows they need something with 500 or lower (for example) I'd like for them to select it from the list of options.

Is there a way to have ALL options loaded OR have a range loaded? A range from 0 to whatever the user selects?

you have filter fields, which force specific static value, you may keep the field but do not use it as a filter field, instead use it's value in a PHP conditions

Regarding the pagintor menu, do you have the same problem when you view the list in the admin area ? there is something breaking the menu html
