Chronoforms 7: Basic contact page - sending emails - how to apply template or format the content of {email_content}

cityarch 27 Oct, 2020
Hi,
I followed the tutorial on creating a basic contact page, using 'create new contact form', and have a working form that sends emails to admin and user.

I can write and format the content of the email generally in the editor of the forms settings. However i cant figure out how to format the 'content' of the page that was submitted as {email_content}.

Its currently showing as a table with two columns that are 50% width, which looks bad.
How can i format the content?

thanks
K

There is no easy way to do this now, but the next update has added classes for the table and rows/cells which you can use with some CSS code in the email to format the table to your liking!

If you need a patch file with this fix then please send me a message using the contact page!

I would like this too... Not sure if I already have the version with the added classes. I have version 7.0.6.

Thanks!

yes, the latest update has the classes in the generated html of the {email_content}
