Profile page

hi , i am new to chronoforms . i have designed basic forms for saving input in table and retriving it using chronoconnectivity.but i want to make some advanced forms like , i want that my form for input shoud have some values coming from database itself , and how to execute parameterized queries,what is the use of cb registration , profile page etc ?
Could any body help me to understand that.

you need the profile plugin for this, check the form and click the plugin title in the forms management to connect the plugin to some table and then enable the plugin at the form edit page, the key for doing that is reading the tooltips and searching the forums here and you will find many posts with explanations and examples!
