Submit Button does not work - no error

daml 01 Oct, 2020
Forms were working great and then I updated to 7.04 yesterday and now the submit button no longer works. I have tried taking it off and putting it back but it will not work no matter what I do. The reset works.

Here are the forms:
https://damlvt.org/index.php/what-we-offer/library-cards/adult-library-card-request
https://damlvt.org/index.php/what-we-offer/library-cards/youth-library-card-request

The only form I can get to work which is a new form, is this one:
https://damlvt.org/index.php/what-we-offer/email-to-print

Help would be welcomed, we just announced this new way to sign up for things and it has been so very popular and was working so well!

I am using Chrome, when I hit the submit nothing happens, it just shows the hand but never really clicks. I just tried Firefox and have the same problem. That is so odd that it worked for you. It does let me fill in all the info, just not hit submit. Reset works fine. No errors unfortunately, no red in any fields.

I started to rebuild the form to see what happens, only a little bit in but the submit button works on the new form.

Thanks Max. Not sure what is going on. Works on my Android, and on my iPad. Cleared my cache in FF, Chrome and Edge and tried on 2 different systems and I get the same problem. Had a co-worker try and they have the same issue. Not saying it is not a cache issue, but I've cleared the heck out of all of them. We had it reported from a few patrons to be yesterday. I don't know what they were using. Have to leave for a bit. Will get back to it this afternoon.

I never could get them to work. I recreated them from scratch and they are all working now. I am wondering, since it was hitting the submit that was the issue, if the form was expecting a field to be filled in but not showing the error. Maybe fields named the same in different forms? It was odd. I even tried copying the form to a new form and had the same issue. Not sure how it worked for you! In any case, working now and I do love this product, so thank you! Kim
