Hello,

I am currently preparing a large form for a nursing service. (localhost)

With the old form with CF5 I created several fields for 1st caregiver and for 2nd caregiver. (broniaCF5.png)

With the new form with CF6 I only want to use a drop down field for the 2nd nurse with the options yes or no. If yes, all other fields below should open for filling in. (cf6localhost.png)
See screenshots.
Is this possible with CF6 and is there a tutorial, I did not find anything suitable in cf6manual-1.0.2?

I have found the solution...

...and it works...

(dropdown-field - events - with hide and show - I have put all fields into a container-area)
