Select default value from dynamic dropdown

Set a preselected default value in a dynamic dropdown.

Overview

The dropdown was missing a way to pre-select a value when the form loads.
Add the "Dynamic Selections" advanced setting in the form configuration to define the default selection.

I added a new "Dynamic Selections" advanced setting to the next update!
