We could not switch to PHP 7.3 and found this sollution >The option "Apply advanced template parsing and styles" is activated. After switching it off everything works fine again.< That works but now the confirmation emails are with HTML code in them. Unfortunately because of the code the data is no longer automatically loaded into our CRM system. Can we do anything to solve this problem?

Hi,
Do you have a special custom email template ? if not then just clear the email body area then save the form and it will use the default template!
