how is it possible, to switch the language in german? mean in Forums - not Forms

I have got the same question!

I translated the text in the "languages manager" and saved it. I can reload it and edit it later on again. But how can I activate the new language? I looked through the settings without finding an option for that.

Now I found the solution: I have to generate a new language file with the language tag de_DE (for German of Germany - for other language see the tags at the installed languages in Joomla).
