so are you sure you have named your read data function correctly? because it's not being run.

Also it should be {fn:function_name}

No I'm not sure . I follow instruction of FAQ but I never see where can I name the function. Is the same that the model name ?

No. One of the fields on your read data action will be called "name" and that is not the same as "model"

Is it in that form where fill the read data action name ?

Reinstall CC the name field is strangely missing
