I would like to create a form to submit content to my site.
I have installed Chronoforms 3 and am trying to install submitcontent.cfbak but cannot see how to do it

yes, i tried to follow the instructions.
when i restore form, i receive the following error: Restoring the whole form failed Failed, error :

Solution: The backup file attempts to access root/administrator/cache which was unwritable
I changed the perms and it worked.
