I am having a problem with some of my records not saving, the admin email not sending and the confirmation email not including the fields. This is happening about 15% of the time. My site is WordPress. The form can be accessed from a menu pointing to a page, as well as from a link on the homepage. I have tried both and most of the time they work for me. I have some required fields and server validation is set under settings in advanced mode. My order of submit is validate fields>save data>message>email admin>email confirmation. I have an event loader in the first two submit actions. Does anyone have any idea what may be causing the issue?
