Fields Clear If Captch is Wrong

How do I prevent the fields from clearing if the Captcha entered is incorrect?

Are you using an event loader or a redirect in your fail condition?

I have a "redirect" but it's in the "Actions" tab. I don't have a fail condition, where would I put that please?

Redirect would clear everything, you want event load.
