Email not sent, and captcha verify error resets form

Hi guys,

I currently have 3 issues. I have a form that should send an email to the addy set in the email 'Setup Emails' tab. However it does not seem to work. The Info does populate the DB. An if the captcha verification fails the form does not retain the form data even with the 'Republish fields if wrong submission?' set to 'Try and republish'. And lastly, after a fail captcha entry the form will not submit at all the 2nd time.

I have read many posts with these issues but have yet to find an answer that solves these issues.

I using the ChronoForms V3.0 J1.5 BETA 1.zip on J1.5.5

Hi sysdoc,

1- do you have global emails enabled at general tab ? do you have each email enabled at Setup emails tab ?
2- do you have anything to conflict with mootools on your template ? does your template show any JS errors ?
3- disable #2 and test this one again!
