Changes to an existing form are not saved

Hi:
Chronoforms Version 3.0 Beta for J1.5
I have tried this on IE7 and Firefox 2.0.0.16:

I create a form, save it, check the URL.

I then go back to the form under Forms management and attempt to add one line to Form Code->Form HTML.

I add the code or comment, and hit save nothing happens.

I try "Apply" nothing happens.

I have even logged out and come back in to see if perhaps the redirect on the save did not work, but my addition was saved to the form. The addition was not.

Update this is only true when I add the following line: <input type="submit" name="submit"> So maybe not a bug maybe my problem. I'll double check the documentation

This is a known bug with BETA 1 and fixed at BETA 2 which will be out very soon, please check with us!

the bug is the form doesnt save in case more than one submit button exists!
