I am having problems getting the form to display in a custom module. If I create an article and add "{chronoforms6}contact_us{/chronoforms6}" this works fine. However the same will not work in a custom module. I have seen on the forum to use the Chronoforms module, but I do not see that.
You will see on the bottom of the page at http://51.38.70.215/h2oiq it just displays "{chronoforms6}contact_us{/chronoforms6}". But if you click on the Contact menu (which points to an article with the same code) this works fine.
Any advice?
