text in placeholder, showing grey text in the background of the form on my website

When i write a text in the TEXT AREA placeholder, it is showing a grey text in the background of the form on my website.  (thats ok for me)
When i write for example in the Name placeholder, is showing a black text in the front of the form on my website.

How can i achieve (in teh place holders) that all the text is grey in the background of the forms on my website?

Answer
I allready found the problem, it was my old internet explorer browser, in egde and google chrome, and safari everything is ok!
