Is it possible ?

Hello,
Think you that with Chrono is possible of:

1) Post a message from the frontend
2) validation of the message by the administrator before publication
3) publication of the list of messages with possible search in the frontend

And too if possible, is there possibly one to programmer who could help me to develop it ? And how much it could cost me?

Possible by using Chronoforms + Chronoconnectivity , Chronoforms will hold the form and save data to tables, Chronoconnectivity will show data in frontend and allow admin management at the backend, we can find a workaround for a frontend search too!
