receive no emails

Hello, after I bought and validated the license for the Chronoform, I will no longer receive emails. Can you please check it out, because it worked before validation.

hi, debugger is on but i get no error message... in the form i have added a debugger... but after sending there is no message anywhere...

is there any way that anybody can take a look at the settings?
