How do I add the form to an article or module in Joomla?

This is doing my head in!!! It's the simplest of questions. I've got my form ready, but how do I add it to my Joomla article or module? I can't find a single reference to this in the instruction manual, a google search suggests a plugin from the download section 'here', but I can't find a download section. I've tried {chronoforms}namd{/chronoforms} and it doesn't work.

The lack of basic instructions for v6 is dreadful. Please can someone help with this most basic of all questions? I really shouldn't have to ask.....

Go to Products in the menu bar above, then ChronoForms, then Download free version and select the file type with the File drop-down. (There doesn't appear to be a Content plug-in shown there, if you need that please ask Max using the Contact menu.)

You can create your own Chronoforms module, is that not working for you?
