i can select time with minutes and hours in calender but i cannot save this or format ?

What have you put the in the "Real Format" box?
If this is a Calendar field in the "Fields" object, it doesn't work properly. You should instead use the standalone Calendar field, and in your Fields (or Form) object use {view:calendar_field}
