Please help fix an issue where the auto generate template is NOT working. Blank email body.

Auto generate template is enabled but it isn't working. HELP!

I disabled the auto generate and saved it, then re enabled the autogenerate. Seems to have worked...but why does it keep breaking?

Broken again. Is this forum monitored?

How is it broken again ? its back totally empty ? could you please disable the editor in your email body box and post here what contents do you have there ?

Randomly, the form doesn't send and a message shows up when you submit:
​[h4]Notice[/h4]


Empty message bodyNot sure what WYSIWYG editor window you are taking about. If in the form setup, it is blank. How can I have the fields automatically populated since the form is so big?

In your email settings, completely clear the "body" box and enable the "Auto add fields" setting then save the form, does this solve it ?
