Backend Display Problem

I Use chronoforms V5 and V6 on diffrent websites and i never had a big problem with this component.

Now i have a joomla V 3.8.12 installation.
I installed first chronoforms V6. That works. But the view in the backend dosn't work. It looks wrong and i can't click on any link to build a new form.
I switchted the php version from 5.5 to 7.1. Bur still the same problem.
I tryed it also with chronoforms V5. The same problem like in V6. I already installed chronoforms V5 on diffrent websites with joomla 3.8.12 and php 7.1 and they work fine.

What could be the problem here?

Please set Site Error Reporting temporarily to Maximum and see if there is any PHP Error then shown on the page.

I did that. But it shows no Error. Still the same view in the backend.
It shows no Error on both Chronoforms V5 and V6. I don't know why this happens.
Do you have another idea?

Any errors in javascript console? Are you using a different admin template?

I have the same problem as Reto.
Chronoforms v6, Joomla 3.9. No php oder js Errors found,
I tried template beez3 and beez5 with same result.
Any suggestions?
