When using partitions, how to automatically scroll to the top of page when moving from tab to tab

Other than adding an anchor and "go to top" link, is there a way in partitions to have the page scroll to top automatically as you move from tab to tab?

Same question: I have several partitions, and need to automatically scroll to the top of the next page when clicking on the forward-button.

Any help on this?

May I push this question again?

I would be grateful for any help: What can I do to got to top of the next page/partition when a "forward" button is clicked?
