I am trying to make a purchase for Chronoforms via Paypal and get the following error once I click the "Continue" button in Paypal.

www.2checkout.com took too long to respond.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall
• Running Windows Network Diagnostics

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
