European DSGVO conform clickable links for checkbox texts

I use the Joomla version of Chronoformsv6.
​
After DSGVO law, i a contact form now it is mandatory to agree to the terms and conditions / privacy terms with a checkbox. In particulat in the agreement texts, the links must be clickable delegating to the page with the terms and conditions.

How is this technically possible?

You can add a text box and make it required. You can also add a link in the Label or Sub-label boxes of the Check Box element.
