V6 - checklist field only send one choice via email even if there are several made

Send multiple checkbox selections in a ChronoForms email.

Overview

The issue occurs when the checkbox field name does not include square brackets, causing only one value to be transmitted.
Ensure the checkbox field name in the form ends with square brackets to allow multiple values to be collected and sent correctly.

Hello,
I have a form with a checkboxes field with multiple choices.
The field is set with "Include value to email > Yes"
but even if I check several boxes, the email I receive always contain only 1 choice.

Any other setting I should look for?

What is the name of the field? Make sure it ends with square brackets like this []
