ChronoForms6 Multiplier Show on load

jl jlundmark 17 May, 2018
I'd like to show one multiplier on load so the user doesn't have to click the "Add" button to get the fields.

Chronoforms5 had an options called "Start Count" which would populate the multiplier a set amount of times on load. I've been unable to replicate this in Chronoforms6

Thanks!

Hello jlundmark,

Please try to enter "1" in the "Data provider" of the repeater!

Best regards,
Max

Actually Max should be 0 in the data provider. Using 1 will add two copies.

Hi all

Follow up question:
Data provider is set to the array (e.g. {data:Person}) to have all data loaded again once the form has to be displayed/loaded, e.g. in case of error situations. Is there an option to force just one multiply as mandatory default when loading the form the 1st time ?

Thank you for your feedback.

Hi healyhatman

Thanks a lot for the hint. It works as expected. Unfortunately we now face issues with the recaptcha javascript after adding and removing data in the repeater area, submitting the form and run the reCAPTCHA validation after error message (due to missing captcha).

Best regards

Why would it, your recaptcha isn't inside the repeater is it?

Must have been something in the browser cache. It's gone after cache clear. Just ignore my last post.

Thank you for your support.

FYI: the above javascript issue occurs in Firefox browser when developer tool is switched on.
