Form with paypal redirect not working on android phone + chrome browser app

oloccina 18 Apr, 2018
Hello,
I have a form (V6) with paypal redirect on this page
https://accademiainfinita.it/eventi/960-l-arte-della-creazione-consapevole-seminario#iscriviti
(you need to click th eorange button to see it)

it works fine on pc, but on android phone when the client clicks the button to send the form and be redirected to paypal for payment,
the page just gets refreshed and he's not redirected to paypal.
I had this issue notified by some clients and just tested it myself to confirm it.

I have tested with Android phone + Google Chrome browser APP

I attach the form I am using in case you want to test it on your side.

thank you[file=10424]Iscrizione_ritiro_estate_2018_18_Apr_2018_14_03_16.cf6bak[/file]

BTW another little bug I noticed in this same form (the one attached above) is that the error message (when a required field is empty), which by default should just repeat the field label, in some cases is wrong. The field label of one field is being repeated to many other fields error messages, as far as I see there are no wrong settings in the fields, looks like some kind of bug. Thanks

For now I have solved this issue by NOT embedding the form into an article, but linking to it directly.
The second very minor bug still remanis (field error messages error as descirbed above)

thank you

Hi oloccina,

I think that the second problem is because you have not added ids to the form elements. These need to be unique and are used to identify the different form elements in the browser.
