Save ChronoForms v6 setup with PHP 7.1.

Overview

The form setup could not be saved without an error message, while saving form fields worked.
The issue may be intermittent; ensure you are using the latest version of Chronoforms and try the save operation again.

no errror message. cant save the form setting. can save fields.
