Some problem after sending the form

Hi,
I created my form, and it's works...but after sending the form , many strings of text appears under the message to user.
What's the problem? I wrogn something...but...what?

Do you have the form debug enabled ? if yes then please turn it off.

If you are not sure then please post here a sample of the text you have.
