I use Joomla v3.8.2 with PHP v7 and I've just noticed that the form is not displaying any more the checkbox.
Do I need to update Chronoforms to v6? What hapens with the forms already created if I do this ?

You don't need to update to CFv6. The most likely explanation is that some CSS in your template is hiding the boxes (sometimes templates have 'pretty' versions they try to show in place of the standard ones - this doesn't always work well.

I've created a new form just to see what happens and the problem is only with the checkbox. I've just loaded an image so you can check it.
Is there a way that I could give a width to the checkbox?
