Can't install 6 version

Hi there!
Firstly i tried to upload the Chronoforms_V6.0.14_Extension.zip to Joomla update, but it was rejected.
Then I uploaded these 3 files from Chronoforms_V6.0.14_Extension.zip/packages into Joomla's update:
cegcore2.zip
chronoengine_gcore2.zip

But the com_chronoforms6.zip still is not accepted by the installator. I get Error 404 Component not found.
The menu of Chronoforms 6 already is shown in backend but it throws the same error

Also I've uninstalled those packages and uploaded Chronoforms_V6.0.14_Extension.zi once more. These packages are installed:
