Is there a bug on today's update ?

paulorcmartins 12 Nov, 2017
Hi,

after updating today, 12-11-2017, nothing looks the same and most buttons don't work. Tried hitting the trial mode to see if that was it but it makes no difference.

Thanks

Paulo

Hello,

please try to set the error reporting in Joomla config to "Maximum" then test the update again, do you receive any errors ?

Hi Max,

no errors being received with error reporting set to maximum.

"Rolled back" to 6.0.4. Planning on buying a key tomorrow or after. Any idea how we can get passed this issue?

Thank you.

Paulo

Hi Paulo,

I'm not sure what is wrong because the images here do not work either, could you please post the screenshots again ?

I have the same problem with 6.05. Buttons don't work. Can't use this module 😢.
No errors with Joomla on max error reporting.

Backup is not working.

Any idea how I can go back to 6.04 or fix this problem?
I am scared to lose data or settings.

Hello,

There is a problem with the CSS files in both situations, they are not loaded, I need to check the admin area to try to find out where is the problem.

Are you sure that your admin did not change any server settings ?

No data should be lost if you DONOT "save" any connections.

Please send me admin access by PM

Hi Nebreg,

I installed 6.0.4 again, "normally", and chronoconnectivity rolled back to it ok, no data loss.

Backup your home directory and database just in case, but it should go smoothly.

Paulo.

Hi,

Unfortunately there is a missing file in the latest Connectivity update which is causing this problem on websites where you do not have Chronoforms installed, please install the latest Chronoforms v6 to fix the issue, you can later uninstall the Chronoforms6 component if you do not need it.

This is a temporarily fix till the next update!

Thanks!
Using 6.04 successfully again ?
Max_admin 20 Nov, 2017
Hi,

There is no need to use 6.0.4, just use the latest then install the latest Chronoforms6 and that should fix any issues, you may uninstall Chronoforms6 component again if you want.

Hi Nebreg,

using Max's suggested fix now: installed chronoforms6 and chronoconnectivity 6.0.5, all working fine.

Paulo.

Great, please note that Chronoforms should always be installed AFTER connectivity
