Problem with Chronoforms 6

When I create a new form in Easy Mode, and then go to the Setup tab, the only option I can edit is "Check Google reCaptcha".

When I click on "Upload Files" or "Save Data" the site does not respond, and the reCaptcha settings continue to display to the right of the menu.

I am using the latest Chronoforms 6 version, and Joomla 3.8.1.

Hi Chris,

This is a known bug that Max has said will be fixed in the next release. Meanwhile you can use the Advanced mode

Hi I have a problem with the version 6.0.12 with joomla 3.8.1 when I upload a multiple file the new version upload just 1 file, I am sure the previews version was without error. Can you check?

Hi Stefano,

Just tested this, file set to "multiple" and the field name ends with [], it worked well and 3 files were uploaded, if it does not work for you then please attach a test form.

Hi Max,
Yesterday after my test I try to install another time the last version and the problem solved, in fact, during the first upgrade from the previuos version to the last something goes wrong.
Now it run.. but I have to resolve two question:
- how to personalise the upload path: I need that all the upload files are inside a custom path (in V5 is was easy to configure)
- all the files uploaded have to be attached inside a mail send to the customer

In this two cases I don't understand the guide..

Hi Stefano,

You can configure the upload path under the "Upload files" action, just place the full absolute path to the uploads folder

If your fields are configured to get attached to the email and the Email action setting which auto handles attachments is enabled then the files should be attached without any extra configuration.

Hi Max,
the question is how configure the full absolute path. in previus version (v5) was: /web/htdocs/www.mysite.it/home/myfolder but now I can't unterstand how configure it.

Apologies for the late reply!

Same way, just place the full path in the path field, it does not work ? you can always check how the action was processed by using a debugger action (or enable the debugger in easy mode)

Hi Max,
no problem for the late reply... now the upload path is solved but just if the folder is allerady created in advance.
Now I have to find where chronoforms rename the upload file ( I don't want that the file name is re-write).

Hi Stefano,

In the "File name provider" you can use this:
{var:upload_action_name.file.name}

Where "upload_action_name" is the name of the upload files action

Hello,

I have a problem on my form of Chronoforms6. I can't send emails. The form validation is not working correctly. After I fill up the from and check ReCaptcha, it doesn't sent the email but, it shows me a tooltip on each field with text 'Indirizzo Email' while there is only one field for email. You can chack the form on the link below:

Before I had Chronoforms5 but, I had a problem with captcha image which it didn't show. I tried everything to make it loads but no success.

Please can you help me on any of these cases?

Hello,

Could you please try to preview the v6 form in the admin area ? does it have the same problem ? also please make sure that you have the latest update installed, just download it from the website and install it OVER yours
