Use Joomla language as Chronoform locale

shakazamba 26 Jun, 2017
Hello, I've a Joomla multilanguage site with Chronoform installed on it.

I've create a form and want to set the locale with the current language.

I've setup locales on Chronoform with same tags of Joomla languages but it seems ignore them.

How can achieve this?

Thank you in advance

Hi shakazamba,

The tags of the locales should be in this format: en_GB, this may not match the Joomla tags exactly.

Hello admin,

Joomla language tag is en-GB and I set ChronoForm language tag as the same (en-GB) but it don't work.

I'll try to change Joomla language tag but it gave me an error because Joomla language want a dash between lowercase and uppercase chars

What I can do?

Thank you in advance

Hi shakazamba,

Apologies for the late answer!

Chronoforms locales should be in this format: en_GB, changing any tags in Joomla will not affect this, and the tag name in Chronoforms does not affect Joomla, they are independent!
