Hi derlo ,
Which version of ChronoForms are you using?
Assuming that you only have one email action in your form I can only guess that there is some kind of a loop happening where the form is resubmitted. What do you have in the form Setup tab?

Hi derlo,
Everything looks OK as far as I can see from the front-end and from the image.
I suggest that you try adding the Submit LImit action from the Security actions group to the beginning of the On Submit event. This should prevent any immediate re-submission.

Hi derlo,
Thank you for the backup copy - there are no problems with that. You can test here - so you can see the result I have changed the form so that the email is sent to the address you enter in the form.
Please move the Submit Limit action to the top of the On Submit event and drag an Event Loop action into the pink On Fail box - at the moment it does nothing.
Please also make sure that the To and From Email addresses are different.
