I already used Chronoformsv5 but this form doesn't work and I don't what is wrong from my settings.

Have you added and configured and Email action - or the Setup > Email tab if you are using the Easy Wizard?

Of course yes. I put in Setup email my address ans enable it...I don't use Easy Wizard..

There is no evidence of the email in the Debugger output, please double-check that it is enabled.

Trouble was from my host who unlocked sender mails... It's ok Thank you
