Hi,
I have created a standard contact form (extension Chronoforms V5_0.11 - php 5.6) : after completing the fields, pressing the submit button remains inactive and the 'On submit' actions are not executed .
I checked the source code link that seems to be correct and I also tried to manually put an action URL to force the submit button action without results.
Could you look at the site (see privacy access information).
Thank you very much for your support
Regards
Franck W.

Hi FRanck,
The Action URL for the form /contact?chronoform=Contact_ConfluenceIngenierie&event=submit gives a 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable error. Probably this is a problem with SEF URLs, Please see this FAQ

Thank you Bob for your reply. I tried to disable the relevant sef plugins without success. It's quite curious, a contact form, which is in a lightbox, works on homepage (Quick Contact). However, for the same form on page contact, the button of the form remains inactive.
I created you administrator access (see link in private message).
Thanks in advance for your support

Hi Franck,
Have you tried setting Relative URL to No? The action URL is still an SEF URL.
I tried the login but it doesn't give me access to the Forms Manager.
